Refund Policy for Donations

This policy applies to donations and membership contributions made through this website.

Donations

Donations to the Sangh are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, since funds are committed to scholarships, welfare and heritage work soon after receipt.

Errors and duplicate payments

If a payment was made in error, in a wrong amount, or charged more than once, write to donations@rsbs.org.in within 7 days of the transaction with the payment reference. Verified errors are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.

Membership contributions

If a membership application is not approved on verification, the contribution paid is refunded in full. Contributions are not refundable once membership has been granted and the membership number issued.

Receipts

A receipt is issued for every contribution. Where the Sangh holds a valid exemption registration, the receipt will carry the details required for a tax claim.
